Our Lemon bar is made with fresh squeezed lemons and a special blend of Bergamot and Litsea Cubeba Essential oils.

What is Litsea Cubeba?  We’re glad you asked.  Also known as May Chang, Litsea Cubeba is a small plant found in tropical areas. The leaves are typically a vibrant green with a pleasant, lemony smell. In soap Litsea Cubeba Essential Oil can work wonders for oily, acne-prone skin. It helps to balance sebum production as well as tone the epidermis and reduce the appearance of pores.

Combined with our Bergamot essential oil your get a lift in aroma with hints of  citrus, yet fruity and sweet with a warm spicy floral quality. Bergamot essential oil  can disinfect the skin by preventing the growth of harmful bacteria. When added to bath water or soaps, it relieves cracks on the skin and heels while also protecting skin against infection

Lemons are antibacterial as well as antiseptic, adding an extra clean wash without hard chemicals.
